Will become the new owner of the Bulldog upon the fulfillment of the following requirements.
A NON_ REFUNDABLE deposit of at least $250 will apply toward the purchase price of the puppy .
Puppies will be picked in the order of deposits received.
All puppies will have their first shots, will be wormed, and, a health guarantee.
It is strongly recommended all puppies participate in general obedience. If classes cannot be arranged the puppy can be returned to Beefy Bulldogges for training at the owner's expense plus labor. This is a head strong breed that REQUIRES strong discipline and PROPER dog training.It is not fair to you or your dog to forgo proper training.
Beefy Bulldogges will request pictures of the new addition to your family to keep records of the puppy, the progress of my breeding program, and to the joy they bring to your life.
These dogs may NOT be fought. Fighting one of these dogs will cause you to forfeit the dog to Beefy Bulldogges and all rights to said animal with no compensation.
You may receive a discount on a pet quality puppy with the agreement to spay/neuter said animal with a limited registration.
No puppies or progeny of sold puppy can be used for experimental purposes, or resold to any person or organization whose intent is to resell said puppy or its progeny(pet store, puppy mills).
All sales are subject to approval of the application for said puppy by Beefy Bulldogges.
Puppies range from $1,000 to $2,500.
Though all puppies are current on all vet procedures and inoculations,including deworming,the puppy must be vet checked within 48 hours of delivery to ensure the health of the pup from the trip to their new home, failure to do so makes the health guarantee void.Saturdays and Sundays are not included in the 48 hours. If there is a health problem covered under the guarantee you may return said puppy with the vet's certificate of unsuitability for sale for trade on another like-quality puppy without said defect, or vet bills up to the purchase price of the puppy and you can keep your puppy.No guarantee on pet quality puppies.
The health guarantee covers all foreseeable major illnesses, or a fatal genetic disease or illness. The guarantee does not cover non-genetic defects, puppies sold for $1,000 or less, common ordinary ailments (i.e. colds, immunizations,emergency visits other than genetic ailment related emergencies) any illnesses or diseases after 1 year of age, or any environmentally conceived disease or ailment. All reports must be properly documented by your vet, and confirmed by the breeder's vet.
Furthermore puppies are REQUIRED to receive regular examinations , inoculations, heartworm tests, current deworming, and all usual procedures necessary to good health to prevent voiding this contract.
These dogs may not be used in any illegal capacity.
If a conflict occurs with another family dog you may return the puppy to Beefy Bulldogges with no compensation, or find another approved home with breeders consent.
All puppies will be registered with ARF,and/or IOEBA,and/or WBA and/or NKC depending on the dog.
The death ,injury, or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect,heat stroke or accident will NOT entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller and may not be allowed to purchase another Beefy Bulldogge again depending on the situation.
All Payments must be made in cash, postal money order, bank transfer, or Paypal . The Buyer pays all fees related to the type of payment they select
All Transportation will be paid by the Buyer All expenses involved in transporting said puppy from container to insurance usually runs around $200-$350. Ground transportation should be arranged if temperature is over 85` F. All shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
